VALLEYS OF TEVAITE AND ARBORETUM OF TARAVAO
Join me off the beaten track to discover 2 completely different spots in terms of terrain and vegetation. In the morning we'll be in Tevaite, a hike that will start with a ridge crossing and then take us on an 18 km round trip climb to the Tevaite dam and lake. This is a very wet valley with rocky and slippery ground, which implies that the hiker is already an experienced cyclist. Back to the car we will head back to the Belvedere of Taravao. Once there, we will have lunch at the Belvedere. The Taravao Arboretum is a 3km loop where some technical passages can be crossed on foot while pushing the bike. In the middle of the afternoon we will return to the hotel.
